SHIPPING POLICY
Your products will be wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a cardboard box, whichever packaging is most appropriate. Each parcel will be labeled with your delivery address and our return address in case the delivery cannot be completed.
Delivery options are shown on each individual product page. If next-day or named-day delivery is available, these options will be presented during checkout.
We typically dispatch all orders within one business day. During peak seasons such as holidays, dispatch times may extend to 2–5 business days due to high order volumes.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. Deliveries require a signature, and someone must be available to receive the parcel. If no one is present at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Customers must ensure they are on-site when the delivery is attempted otherwise a re-delivery fee may be charged.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location; however, please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order. If the parcel does not arrive within this period, please contact our support team for assistance.
For some deliveries, customers may receive a phone notification on the scheduled delivery day to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
